for the past 2 years, and I saw oil films on the surface of the antifreeze overflow bottle, so the headgasket is on the go, the starting problem has been around for the past 3 years, just the past 2 months been happening more frequently. Trusting me this is not a decision I make lightly, I am an IT contractor, so I get paid hourly on the job, and I am working a 4pm to 2am schedule in the middle of no where. So a reliable transportation is a must. Plus I can't miss any day from work, in the IT work, I am easily replaceable. So in conclusion, I am no Elvis, just a working stiff, plus I am in my early 30's, so this was not a teenager wanted a new car and parent going to buy it for me situation.
